toby was really good, dont know what happened though, he got really busy and couldnt cope with the work load he got himself, because he was good he was bloody good, then he had a bad accident, and basicly went down hill massively,

yup, was a very good guy, had some very good up and coming parts

Good advice that. Although I have had no trouble with them and always got the parts I ordered, but that was before most of the trouble started coming out.
My mate who's just got a GT was speaking to me the other day about a few parts he found online that looked good. It was only when he said they were on the TT website that I informed him not to purchase anything from there. I think people should do the same as from the looks of it the site is still open for business.

Small claims court, afaik its not that expensive, you can do it all online now via the government website, maybe you could link this in the warning on the homepage or something

he was still good at his job around the end of '08. don't know what happened after that time. he just fucked up his reputation, job and other people's money. just a shame!!!

the funny thing is with all this, i viewd a car that belonged to someone who knew toby very well about a month ago, he lost this guy his job at bmw and said that he was using money from ppl to pay off others and spend on his car. i decided not to say anything as it could have just been bitter and i didnt want to spoil it for him, sorry guys wish i had said something sooner, by the way i can prob get his address if ppl are that pissed off

I know 2 people who have started up cases with Trading Standards against him/toytuning, and for the person who said the original post should have been pm'd to the people who have had issues and not made public.... you wouldnt have enough time in the year to do that.
They are still active and people are still buying stuff from them, so the more we let everyone on here know about their wank service the better.
(i work in corporate law but please dont tell my boss i said wank lol!)
Could one of the Mods start a thread so that people could list what they are owed and how much it cost, then I could get more details and go forward with a case to get back all the money through the courts. I hate seeing internet companies taking the piss out of people who have a genuine interest in something and then they get shat on!!! GGGRRR!!!

I reported the post to the admin on pistonheads and advised the seller had "outstanding issues" on tgtt...
glad its gone off that site. Hopefully he will be forced to deal with the issues he has caused amongst our community before he can go flogging his other stuff around the internet.

PS: I have heard today that toytuning have now begun contacting people who have already paid for items requesting more money for postage so beware if you have ordered something already.... dont give them anymore of your hard earned.
