i got the lsd from zisco and it came with new bearings fitted already so didnt have a problem there :rockon:
How you check/adjust the preload? Is any special proccedure to follow?
Chris
easiest way is to use an inch pound torque meter
u getting any bangs, judders etc when it gets warm??
Well done lad God, your projects moving fast!!!! Keep it up!
Did you have a stock lsd or no lsd at all? Great update tho and a great diff choice.
I drove a GT with no-lsd at 170bhp and my 270bhp Starlet with an lsd and the difference is day and night!
The non-lsd GT spun even in 3rd gear with power down in the dry and mine would grip in high 2nd.
to be honest for the money i dont think there all that..i wasnt overly impressed when i fitted mine..still spins like
well its not going to eliminate it completely but it does help ,the way our cars deliver the power especially on bigger turbos its going to be hard to get no wheelspin , but its not just for this i feel a lot more confident entering corners and exiting as without the lsd i was being pulled all over the road ,
definitely one of my top buys
Thats how i feel when entering corners mate, i think a lsd is definately going to make me feel better. Have to be my next purchase after my brakes
you still on standard brakes at 240 bhp surely not lol
i still suffer majour torque steer with the lsd, will always happen when running big power
No but I need some 4 pots
