When do you pan on getting the managment?

If its not long, then run standard boost for a little while, then when you have the managment, turn the boost up to what you want (with in reason!! :p )

Right, that lets me get my head sorted out! :p

Something not right then, i would be trying to get hold of the standard pipe route for the actuator, then go from there.

Have you tried it in either low or high boost settings?

Have you tried to by-pass the standard boost solenoid? Possibly this is playing up?

Just throwing ideas around, see that all areas have been covered.

are u sure all the timing markings are correct? sounds like ither uv got a tooth skipped on the timing belt, or somethign is mis alligned..

just in case check to see if ur tps is connected as well as that could affect timing..

good point... but if tps is not connected will surely mark when he did a diag test

no it wont, even if its connected, yet its not setup propperly it may still change timing & the ecu wont read propperly thus either advancing the timing incredibly ( to something stupid ie close to 25~26deg adv) or going into limp mode (kind of..).. which still wont show up on a diag test..

HYBRID- haven't had timin checked? were is the tps an gonna sound stupid but wats the tps anyways?

the tps is at the back of the throttle body, look for a black box with iirc 3 wires going into the clip...

TPS is connected securely, Hi/Low solenoid is bypassed, all vacuum pipes are now secure and unkinked, wires all seem connected up properly.

We could always check the timing Paul, it doesn't take long and could explain running difficulties.

It's something simple, I just get that feeling!

While you are there crack out the multimeter and check for the ign live and earth on the FCD, have experienced the same problem ;)

If you want to run stock boost for a bit I have a spare actuator or three lying about. Means you can plant the pedal without fuelcut.
