most mileage from a full tank?

maybe the paseo has a larger fuel tank, but my 4e swap nets me in the 380-400 miles per tank range when driven all highway. My ex Girlfriend lived 255 miles away for school and i could ALMOST do the trip there and back on one tank....obviously about 100 miles of fuel short

also, here (not sure if its like this there as well), but when the fuel light comes on you have 2-3 gal's of fuel left in reserve. i've ran mine 45 miles after the light came on with no issue......i've heard though however that its not a good idea on turbo cars, especially for our fuel pumps

I'm utterly speechless...380mi per tank!?!?! How, is that possible! You're getting 50mpg if you can get 400mi from a tank, how the hell? When I'm at uni I never drive on boost and I do mostly motorways and I still get 260/270mi per tank and thats driving with the warning light on for a considerable amount of time! So confused!

i drive calm alot of the time and still im getin crap mpg and my gt is standard really!!!

for just now haha!!!

it depends on what roads your driving on aswell mind, I find when I'm motorways/dual carriageways my MPG is pretty good yet shite when I'm driving around towns etc.. due to all the stopping and starting.

my tank holds around 11 gal's in my best estimate. Though i've never been able to put in more then 9.5 gals...even when its dead empty. So 400 miles per tank is 42 mpg :)

My motor is almost completely stock, in exception to a K&N intake, and a Decat-2.5" turbo back

WTF! I got 230miles once and that was just after i had much clutch done so was driving sensibly. Normally i get just shy of 200 miles, but thats mainly driving around town, and i do hoon it fairly regularly lol

my car has exhaust ,decat, air filter and a atmospheric dumpvalve, other than that engine is runnin stock boost, did however just do all the gaskets, timing belt , water pump, oil and filter and coolent change, just need to do fuel filter next, average normally I get 280-320 obviously depending how I drive..lol. chickened out and refueled at 354.5 had I let it run I mite have got close to or 400 if what has been said above is correct.anyway took £45 worth v-power to fill the tank,
u will find u get more mileage if u fill the tank than I u put in a small amount,
also forgot to mention I ran 2 tanks last week with octane booster as v-power was out of stock.pehaps that has helped improve economy too.

310kms to a full tank on the Auto, mixture of urban and open roads.

Can push 360kms with the eco-setting of the gearbox but can't stand driving it for too long like that.

i usually get about 340 - 350 km out of a tank of v-power doin mostly motorway with a bit of foot to the floor in between, i reckon the type of petrol you use would effect this to

£40 fills my tank up, i always get 240-250 miles from it on normal road useage, but on strictly motorway i had about 380 from a full tank, it always varies the way its driven.

350 miles usually. Then the light is comming on. That's 90% on the highway doing 55~70 miles an hour.

I really don't like it when i have to drive with the 'empty' light on, had a couple of times that i barely made it :)
