Loving the engineering that's gone into the blockguard and am certainly impressed with your choice of ECU, it does all leave me with a pile of questions though...
What size tires are those?
Why a B16? Considering the amount of work that you're putting into the block, I assume you're going to be investing a bit into the head and the rest of the bottom end, surely a B18 would have let you achieve your goals that much more easily... Understandable if it's a class restriction or something similar.
Why not go with a commercially available sleeved block rather than the one off custom work and machine time for a block guard? Sleeved blocks (GE etc) are far superior in terms of power potential (not really at issue at the power levels you're targeting, but still...)
What are you doing for transmission/drive shafts etc?
Some good questions there, the why a B16 has been asked before on another forum, considering a B18 was removed from the car to fit a B16.
I think the reason given was cost issues, I find that hard to believe though considering the pennies that have obviously been spent. I can only assume it is to compete in Class 3 in the Irish Drag championship, however its 100ccs over the max limit to run nitrous in that class which seems odd. Plus it's looking like 4wd Starlets are going to be put into Class 3 soon meaning a moderatly powered EP85/95 could easily beat a high powered FWD.
Also on another forum I tried to explaine the tyres may be too wide and actually reduce grip or at least not provide any additional grip over an 8" wide tyre. Think they're 10" wide or larger.

too wide and actually reduce grip your right there and slicks dont really work up in bishopscourt from what ive seen.
good to see the 4wd starlets are coming back to class 3
