Over Fueling

Yer i forgot to mention my current setup but its just standard, apart from the universal air filter which was on when i brought it. But yer as someone said at the top its fine i think il just leave it until i start modding to get 1 bar.

So thats three standard cars that are fueling in the 10's on WOT that I know of. It's pretty conclusive that they are designed to run this rich on boost.

Yup, any stock ones I've tested run nice and rich. As you pointed out previously, Toyota built these cars to last.

Meh, either way, the RRFPR I have has been fine for over a year @ nearly 180bhp and the power curve I have is the flattest I've seen on a stock ECU.

Another thing to consider is heat soak. If you're sat still for a while (Say in the queue at Santa Pod) the combination of higher intake temps and leaner than stock mixture would cause det issues if you suddenly floor it, and you don't have to be revving the tits off the car for det to cause damage.

Personally, I'd prefer a rich micture at idle and low boost with the correct ratio at WOT and high boost/rpm.
