true...underbonnet temps get high..what if its mists or even worse burns

A frp bonnet also doesn't melt

I with you good luck to make one. That would be impossible.
Only way to do it is with a special machine. I've seen it on the discovery channel. they use these to mold lexan car windows.

that looks immense!!!! think it would look good on a glanza but as above said its so had to find ppl to make it or actually make it myself would be near impossible
