Injectors, i think like 460s or similar will be good from what i have read in the past, but depends how much boost you want to run

Also the usual wires for the emu, 3bar map sensor etc (theres one for sale in the classifieds mate)

Maybe the Meister r coilovers, they sound like they we be good for the irish roads from what the guy who owns it is saying.

Would personally go for better brakes seeing as your spending all this money?
Maybe the WMS 4pots, they look decent for fast road use.

As for clutch, how much power you planning to run?
Would go for something decent, like an orc309 but they are expensive...

Diff oil depends on what diff you get i think mate..

You already got a fmic? i have a wepr one and its a quality bit of kit :)

Unless you have money to splash out I think your standard fuel rail will be fine for 250 bhp.

Maybe new plugs and leads.

If you are re-building the whole engine you might aswell put in a new PCV valve to keep her breathing fine.

What about upgrading your engine mounts?

I'm using EBC Green stuff pads with EBC discs and find them good but I'm not sure if they are good enough for a 250 bhp... You think about going for a bigger brake system?

For 250bhp I take it you are planning on running about 1.2 bar of boost? I would say 360cc injectors should do that but somebody can confirm.

Koni adj. shocks with Tein springs is known to be a good set up for suspension.

I see Bob@ECC is sellng well priced clutches for your sort of power.

Ask the OILMAN what oil to use for your diff! Or whatever Quaiffe recommends.

Oh I get you now, thats a bit of help to me anyway!!

Didnt wanna test drive it on the big injectors just to be safe, Whats the safest boost limit to run on the TD04 while coming up to you on the stock ecu and injectors??

To be very extra safe, just dont boost it?
Why would you have to boost it going to Chris's?

As for your oil filters, i would say 3.But that all depends on how you run the motor in.

Cheers for that Bob,

Im still debating about coilovers or shock and spring, had my mind set of the BC's but is it worth while for irish roads??

I will probably be goin with the clutch you've listed as Ive heard great things about them. Could you price me up a Quaiffe LSD by any chance please?

Cheers,

John
