you dont have to get the toyota full gasket set, you can get perfectly good engine sets from the aftermareket, i am using one and so are 3 of the pp crew's engines, so far without any issue. if you do get either the toyota one or an aftermarket one you wont need any extra gaskets.
personally, i'd be inclined to go with toyota. got an aftermarket gasket set for my GT, crankshaft oil seal went after 2 weeks. wasn't even running a bar of boost.
why dont you get the turbo kit, fit it then get it mapped at a bar on the stock engine and then decide if you want to go forged. could save you alot of coin and hassle.
