rite ive a bit of a dilemma seems as though some people will be very tight in gettin parts fitted and there cars mapped in time for the 28th so how would people feel about pushin this back a week or 2.

It would entirely depend on the numbers involved mate. If you hold off for this reason then you could be postponing it continuously. Some cars are always waiting on parts, my own included. I'll run mine in whatever shape it's in at the time.
