what did the tuner say bout using 550 injector's, thought i would be better to use 330's, what ur fuel pressure set to

yea im fully qualified now matey, shame we could off nattered on about starlets rather than falling asleep in class lol :rockon:
hoping to push the k24 to the max, if it can hold the boost maybe up to 1.6 bar, my injectors are at 48 % at 1 bar so got plenty to go
clucth has gone now been in for 800 miles while i was running in mainly and now it slips when hard boosting in 5 th gear its a 3 puk excedy clucth i got from ebay, brand new and it came in the right boxing!!!
so will have to get new clutch now i need one that will take up to 300bhp and that will not wear out with daily driving an y suggestions???? p.s. im not maid of money lol

what does yours rev round to kelly? mine hits the limit at 7 so i take it around to roughly 6,500 rpm usually

I agree with Gee, and thats comming from a K24 owner !. The K24 aint the biggest of turbos and the theory of it making HUGE bhp is a myth. Only if you are going to go all out like Toby did using extremely high octane fuel and various other performance parts.
The K24 was made or torque i dont think the TD04 will make the same Torque level at the same PSI than a K24 but this still needs to be tested.
