Hi,

was out at the beach today and took some pics. Got to use the new lens to get up close to some wildlife.. makes such a difference compared to the lens that was included with the camera.

thanks lads I like taking photos just before the sun goes down as the light makes interesting shadows and colours and makes things look a bit more interesting.

The camera is a Nikon D60 and I used the lens that comes with it and a Nikor 75-300mm lens that I got just before Christmas. I would highly recommend this lens. It seems to take up where the bundled lens stops and the images are so clear its very impressive for the money.

All pics were taken on the auto setting

Some quality photographs there Dylan and very impressive to say you took them using the auto mode. Do you tend to get better results when you play with the settings (not that you need better results!)? Always been in to photography, might have to get me one of those D60's after I get married.
