I put my car on pistonheads a while back as i wanted to sell it at the time (stupied me)
Anyway just had a guy call me from barry(not to fair from me) saying that he is willing to give me 4.5k cash for my car,he seems very keen and intrested and that he had seen it around a few times.i said its no longer for sale but ill get back to him if i decide to sell
When i advertised this it was before the hybrid went on,this guy must me mad
Alough ive seen some hybrids go for around 4.5k
The point im getting that is he was willing to pay 4.5k for my starlet (without a hybrid) that didnt even pay that for it
They Must be going up in value again lol

the reason why people are paying stupid money is there the in thing at the moment and everybody wants one,

nothing wrong with paying a lot of money for an old good car.
half of what keeps the uk price of jdm starlets up, is the import cost, and people needing to make money on the imports.
also a lot are modded nowaday's, and i know mods dont tend to add value, but to a certain extent they do.
also there are so many shitters out there at the mo, that people are willing to pay decent dollar, for a well looked after example.
just look at fiesta rst's, a good one can set u back about 4k nowadays.
