I still think the belts out by a tooth at the bottom, did you check it at the internal pulley and not the auxiliary belt pulley?

my mate checked it for me said everything was sweet dude, had the rocker cover off checked the top pulley through little hole met up an then the single /double dot lined up an he said was all sweet. i assume that was inclduing the bottom also. will double check

The rotor arm needs to be pointing at the No. 1 cylinder lead to see the bottom marks line up correctly mate, check the cam timing thread in the awfully helpful section to get a video of it.

throw up your setting.. i cant remember what my settings were on the td04 but something like 40% duty then adjusted up through the rev range depending on what boost your running then when its all set up properly it should turn to 3 stars where you input the duty at the start

iv not used my glanza for a few weeks, im running a td04 at 0.75 bar, from what i can remember my settings are 46% duty set at 0.75 bar.
ne point is the same as yours,
haven't bothered with the setting B as its not mapped yet, just running on rising rate at 3 bar.
i have +4 duty in 2nd, +3 duty in 3rd and 0 in 4, 0 in 5th.

thats just off memory but like i said i haven't used the car for a few weeks.
hope this helps.

thats like mine but the duty is around 90% jus checked lol
what turbo are you using?

i had my avcr on my stock ct9 and had to crank the duty right up to get some decent boost and that was only 0.75bar.
crappy stock actuators!!
