Im praying its in the same condition as it was before Broomy! so glad they found it though and for once the end result isnt them burning a car out ! fingers crossed shes ok :)

right... after a phone call with the police...

they believe the car is in good condition... yet to find out if it runs etc

my cars keys have been handed in by a local resident. - so i dont have to get new keys... locks etc

due to a counter terrorism investigation in Blackburn, the forensic examintation has been delayed until tomorrow... hopefully they will do the keys at the same time...

so hopefully i should have the car back tomorrow

will keep you all updated!!

the police are taking this VERY seriously due to the nature of the theft... there are other details to the story.. i will fill you all in when i find the full details!!!



im just waiting for the speeding tickets to come flooding through!!!

**UPDATE**

the car was returned to me this afternoon....

the only exterior damage being a slight scuff on the front bumper.. and the fact it wouldnt start due to a "dead battery"

BUT.... whilst it was on the truck i noticed wires hanging down from where my oil temp/pressure sensors are.....

looked closer.. and i coulda sworn that there should be an oil filter there!!!!

yeh the tools that took the car... must've fancied off roading whilst being chased by the police... and ripped the oil filter and sandwich plate clean off!!!

the reason the engine would'nt turn over... is because it's drier than the Sahara Desert inside!!!

YUP seized solid!!!!!


with the help of some very good friends, the engine bay is now stripped.. and once ive removed the driveshafts, the engine will be lifted out!!!

need to get a cambelt and clutch for the replacement.... but should hopefully be going in no later than the weekend!!!!
