Is the e-manage but a good choice for self mapping ? Could I just download a base tune of a stack car with 14 psi on a boost controller?

And lastly my car isn’t revving out fluently
I cleaned my injectors… brand new fuel pump … not sure on the amount of psi but ..

sounds like the internals might be out of life on the tacho.
fortunately for you, every ep82 cluster is modular. but you should pull it out and confirm to see if anything is broken or loose before going nuts buying things,.
