Its looking verrry good, especially considering locally it looks like something similar would cost around $350 (NZD), whereas if I dont get stung by customs duties that radiator would cost only $150-ish landed :)

Customs didn't bother, the radiator was priced $21 which was £10. The shipping cost the money!

I'd of paid 2 or 3 times that over here though, and the quality was very good (The pictures don't do it justice).

your radiator looks pretty good gtti..........
maybe the others who want might go with what u have tried and proven to be reliable in this case

i asy this because some1 here bought a similar looking radiator and it started to bulge and warp under pressure from all reports.............quite funny now in hind site

so just be careeful what u all buy----always check to see how the product works from those who have used them (feedback/reviews)

ive got this problem also, and im pretty sure i know why.

i dont know if this will help all of you but it seems to of done the trick for me!

im using the standard rad cap, and if you look at the standard radiator the spout it sits on isnt very big, so the cap is long enough to keep the pressure ( hope this makes sense )

but the new radiator from wepr, the spout is alot longer so it isnt actually covering the overflow pipe where it leads to the expansion bottle, thus all the excess pressure is being forced into the overflow and being squirted out.

wat you guys think?

take a look at your rad caps and where the cap screws onto and see if its long enough to cover the pipe

Thought I would add what I can from the trackstar's setup. As I turn up the boost I'll update what happens for comparison's sake.

Turbo : TD04 running .5bar so far, stock manifold and adaptor plate, no waterfeed.

Cooling system : Running a stock radiator, stock cap, bypassed the heater matrix, healthy waterpump and recently replaced stock thermostat.

Condition : No problems so far, coolant not being pushed out of reservoir even under heavy track use.

My guess is that as I turn up the boost, the heat will increase and I'll see the same problems as you guys.

tbh im not sure kelly, but there is a big difference between the standard rad and the new one supplied by wepr and i can certainly see it making a difference.

TD04L, 1.4bar of boost
Half sized aliminium Honda rad with standard 1bar cap
New water pump
TRD thermostat

No overflow problems.

my problem only seems to arise when i full up the overflow bottle, if i leave it empty its fine.

pretty sure its due to the rad cap being to small tho

So why are you filling it up?

If you fill the rad and the overflow bottle, where do you expect it to overflow to?

i experienced the problems with a standard CT9 setup, on mine it seemed to have been a warped block causing the issues but will confirm once run-in. i've driven it pretty hard on a couple of occasions and so far so good though....
