an explaination isn't needed to disprove a theory u hold? an explaination is needed to prove your theory to us. 
maybe they gave their nuclear weapons to pakistan? to hide them for them? thats a theory... now its up to you to prove it isnt true. no thats not how things work.

wouldnt need much explaination , Us has spies all over the world , aswell as satellites covering every inch , nuclear arsenal travelling from iraq to pakistan will be detected 200% , without even leaving a trail of uranium in labs ?!

all i have to say that if you visit an islamic country ull have a better view of things , and like what ive said before , all what you see is the work of minority . end of the day its your choice if u wanna travel around and see for yourselves , thats why your government figures , who've most certainly been around everywhere , are not taking the actions against ppl in ur country , that most of you desire .

if we could veiw this culture and religion from a far or on a holiday(without getting killed) it would certainly display it in a better light, but trying to force ideals on another country is rather annoying.

The man who served as the no. 2 official in Saddam Hussein’s air force says Iraq moved weapons of mass destruction into Syria before the war by loading the weapons into civilian aircraft in which the passenger seats were removed.

After the comments made about jews in this thread I am amazed - they sound like nazi comments. And to say "all jews took the day off that the trade centres were attacked is probably the most rediculous thing I have ever heard. I have absolutely no desire to visit a muslim country as I wouldnt want my tourism money going to fund god knows what.
My friend from Nigeria has told me about northern nigeria (the muslim part) and how they treat people and its disgraceful.. even the above comments about people being stoned for adultry its like something from the dark ages. The world needs to be less politically correct and if people are asking for trouble it should be unleashed upon them.

the bottem line i feel is there is intelligence
all over that can access and moniter people.
no matter who they are (a threat for instance)
how come there is always a blast etc
even though people (mi5/cia and the like)
know attacks are still carried out

Faisel, i understand your point but you have to realise that terrorists arnt by any means stupid.
Much information is passed hand to hand these days, and operations are more covert than before.

no that would be the most awful "everyone thinks muslims are terrorists" thing to do! and we'd have to listen to all the islamic hate preachers telling us that the intelligence is anti muslims etc!
so should we eliminate a risk at source or let it play out till people have died? im sure the intelligence service are aiming somewhere inbetween those two ends but it hard to hit it right! if there werent people in the country that thought suicide bombing was a interesting hobby then the problem would be much easier handled.

I might seem like its a horrible thing to say but if they were 80 percent sure and took someone out id be fine with it, rather that than thousands of innocent people.
We have one of the best intelligence operations in the world, I don't doubt for a minute they are doing their best. But you have to appreciate the fact that terrorism can occur anywhere, in your city, town, or even in your street.
Its the most frightening form of war.

Yeah it was tragic that. But at the same time, if he had a bomb and they let him go,well theyd be hung drawn and quartered for it.
The guy, considering the recent events, should not have ran away. I really do feel for the family though.

the point i was trying to make is
'things' are 'let' happen they can be stopped
an example i have for u
my next door neighbour, apparantly someone played a prank on him
told police he was a terrorist... (he has a beard, young lad drives a nice car..)
next thing.. a couple of days l8r about 5 minutes from his house he gets pulled over
4 t5 volvos armed/guns units etc u get the picture
phisically throw him to the ground and beat him (few punches/kicks)
nothing was found..,. they did nothing after
couldnt take them to court because lack of proof
and a bush that blocked his beatings..
