So far the idea is to just use a stopwatch, the day is more aimed at being fun with the ability to seeing if your progressing through the day. The track is run by volunteers and doesn't have any timing equipment, and that stuff is damn expensive to hire. All in all I think that a trusty old stopwatch will be accurate enough for us.
