Right, you can set the scene/tell the story and set the atmosphere Ally.
Just edited a copy to hide the girls ID. I'll post up the image I lifted from it afterwards.
I edited my last post on up to include a few tales I experienced ^^^
Basically the photo Jay is about to display, is a picture of a good buddies little sister (please no smutty jokes - shes only a little girl)
She got a new phone, and it was a camera phone, so she started to take photos of herself to put on her bebo as her dad was happy that she was of age enough to be streetwise.
She took this photo of herself, using the mirror to cast the image, and looked at the view finder to aim the shot up.
When she took the image, she checked it on the screen of the phone.
This picture came off the bluetooth on the phone! shes only little, and her brother and father asked me to take a look at it to make sure she wasnt messing about. She wasnt. the little phone was bog standard, entry level cameraphone with no editing ability.
Jay has checked this photo, and cant find issue with it.
A week or two after, my mate was still too scared to be in the house alone, so when we were all heading out for a night out, and my other friend dropped the little girl in question off at her friends to stay, I was left in the house with leanne and my friend.
He went for a shower and asked if I would keep him company by standing outside the bathroom door and talk cars to him while he showered, to keep his mind from wandering.
heres where things get chilly.
I couldnt get comfortable outside the bathroom, I was edgey, and was ever conscious of something there with me.
I was stood half way up the stair case with my back to the wall as I was cagey about anything behind me, when all of a sudden I swore I saw a little flicker of light about the size of a golf ball pass through the door outside, come up the stairs, and enter into the attic above.
I clean freaked out.
I couldnt talk and stuttered, and my mate shouted my name, and shouted talk to me whats going on... I shouted 'nothing' at him, and leanne came out to see what had made me stutter, she too noticed it was cold, yet the adjoining living room was comfortably warm.
Now I didnt know, but apparently her bedroom is in the attic, a loft conversion, and according to a spiritualist, it was a little boy who was watching out for her, a guardian, if you will, who watched her leave, waited to see if she was coming back, then left for the loft again.
The family have had various mediums out to the house, and they all tell of the same thing, a guardian watching over her.
Apparently they manifest themselves as a dark shadow, and the darkness was the energy of the spirit vibrating as it draws energy from who ever it is guarding. The reason it was guarding her was that the little girl was alone, having moved home and away from her close friends, and apparently it sensed this and moved in to watch over her.
The medium who told him this first, also was able to go into his room, point at his bedside drawer, and tell him there was a rock in it that was bad, or had been involved in something bad. The table contained a rock lifted from the grand canyon on a recent holiday.

Saw this at my mates a few nights back and it made me go cold, it's a news report from America where they have cctv footage of a ghost hovering over cars in a car park.

There is an old story around Newrath, Co. Kilkenny.
Back in the 1800, A man came riding his horse home from the pub one night. When he reached his house, his gate was closed. So he got the bright idea of making the horse jump it. The gate had spikes on the top so he couldn't climb over it. He got the house to run at the gate so the horse would jump it but as the horse galloped at the gate, it decided that the gate was too high to jump so the horse stopped as hard as it could. Sending the man on the horse out over the top and he got lanced on the gate.
When the mother woke up that morning she saw her son impaled on their gate. She swore that if anyone ever open that gate again, she would haunt the area as a banshee.
Today, ASCON the road building company, decided to build a road though the "haunted site". But all the local worker dont want to destroy or open the gate! Eventually they knocked down the whole area and now..........................
Locals report hearing screeching and shouting and all that weird stuff!
