Alright guys this is the latest update from me :

i was previously running rich at idle , 9.5 Afr , on both stock injectors and 460cc ones , entering massive negative values in the fuel table didnt seem to help at all .

i got the injector adapter #2 , which is needed for earlier Emu versions , like mine , Version B , wired it , tried running the car tonight .
didnt wanna start with the throttle in reverse , auto settings were :
Min = 0.07
Max = 0.08
Now = 0.08 !! shifted that to normal it started fine .

readings :
throttle : 100%
water temp : 91.5 deg
rpm idle : 1600 ( i got an idle problem )
Afr : 12

As soon as i entered minor values in the table , Afr went from 12 to 13.5 and so , earlier versions do need the adapter , tried and tested .

the only problem i seem to have now is ,
the LED light called active , besides the communication cable , slowly fades in intensity then goes back to full green , kinda like an electric thing not an error msg or so !

any input ??

its giving u the... IM CLEANING THE SPARK PLUGS trick...... when u start an emu with full throttle it turns on spark plug clean..... dont have a clue what it does but my car starts fine and drives well all the time still so im not to worried about it as yet.....

i installed the inj no2 harness n its idling at 14.7 before it was at 9.6

not got round to doing the fuel map but i did however manage to setup the launch control n it works a dream

my god these factory ecu's on full boost (1bar)just dump fuel into the cylinders as a/f ratio goes to 10.5 on 100% duty cycle

what u guys use to data log

quick question how much degree can you retard the timing when tuning? with stock internals

if your advancing ignition timing make sure u use knock detection as guess work will defo blow pistons n stuff

dude if u want flames u have to retard it to make the flame it depends on how much boost u want it to make on the line..... and what turbo u use.....

i can make 12psi at 4500rpm with 15 degrees total retard on launch.....i got a gt2860rs turbo so that is the point where i usually have just enough meaningful boost use

hey guys have a small problem.... i got the after market map sensor for the emanage do i have to take the factory map sensor out of the loom for the emanage or can i leave it in and just plug the other one in????

ull plug the aftermarket Map into the yellow port on the emu's back ,
leave the stock one as is , and setup the port uve used on the parameters on the s/w .

i have had the emu in for a good 10 months now..... i just got the 3 bar map sensor though.....i know where to plug it all in but i just wanna know if having the stock one running through the emu is going to cause problems.....

no it wont bud, u need them both, but u need to enable the emu to read teh pressure sensor through the parameters menu.. :)

i just took it for a drive with the wideband up its ass and yer it goes sweet with both hooked up..... in fact it pulls soooo much harder now with a bit more accuracy with the pressure im keen to tune it proper now.... just need some bigger injectors.... 550's should b sweet for 300hp atw aye???
