Would be interesting to see a "Haltech sprint" tuned starlet and an Emanage ultimate tuned startlet side by side.

would be interesting but its like comparing chalk and cheese
The haltech gives you full control and is stand alone.Which means its not fudging the signals going to the stock ecu.
I know what i would prefer if i was on the market looking for something.
Looks like Chris might be on to a winner with this.

theses a wee bit of wiring it it but its a gift i could make a pin out with triggers etc

Thats fine with me! Would look alot tidier inside the cabin rather than having EMU wires running into the glovebox. Means the car can be perfected even more also. If you recommend it, it must be good.

As for the wiring,i cant make any relevant comment on that, since i havent seen one unit in flesh.Though i have seen a haltech platinum sport 1000 and the WIRES thats there, its a big headache!!!
But if someone made a pin out diagram and what connects where then we could get a growing community of haltech tuned starlet.Sounds interesting already as when compared to emu the pricing is good!

Pa1000 wiring is very easy pal I had one running in 2 hours no joke pal looks bad but it's a gift once you look in to it

so a haltech doesnt require a tps sensor then,

and do you have to run the lc1 coils?
nope u dont need to run a tps sensor but with the ps1000 u need it for antilag lc etc , nope u could use the stock coil but the ls1 coil works out really well as there cheap the wiring is a gift and the stock king lead fits it if there boot type it should pack abit more punch too

with standalone you can use any potentiometer TPS and anyone with half a brain can mod one to fit a starlet its easy
