to keep the starlet or not

right everyone, i really am in two minds right now whether to keep my starlet or not, bought the following things to put onto it:

tongs hybrid ct9
hks fcd
sard rrfpr
uprated fuel pump
enough heat wrap for the exhaust system/decat/manifold
air filter relocation kit

either i keep the car and get all these things put on or i sell the car along with the parts and buy something bigger and better

really confused.....and need help in deciding what to do :confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

How old are you and what is your budget if you were to sell?

What car would you be looking for if you sold?

Just keep it, and buy another larger car.

Saves you buying another starlet when you get fed up of the larger car lol ;)

Got so many cars in mind my mates selling a skyline r33 gts single turbo and I don't know how much my car is worth right now

sell the starlet and get something else.

it will start becoming unreliable once you change all that

this is my opinion.

skyline gts
BMW 318 convertable
ek9
civic type r on 02 reg
lexus or altezza
or another pulsar

Seen as your already looking at cars it seems to me like you are swaying more to selling up and moving on....

Only thing i would say is that is it worth selling now..Will you get enough for it... If you can afford it i would nearly say to you to hold onto the car and garage it sell the bits you got for it if you want to free up cash and buy yourself one of the cars you are looking at....

But if you have had enough of the starlets and want something else then sell it no point holding on to it if your heart aint in it no more....

i would say 7 gt's out of 10, have reliabilty issues when being modified

How is your GT running now Ricky and heard you got it RR'd again, what power did you make?

Zee bro its best if you move on, then to get something with that umphhh....

I moved on to a almera 2.0 gti, a mk2 golf running a 2.8 vr6 engine in and it didnt tickle my taste bud.

Theres only 1 car imo that i would ever move onto that i can afford but insurance is saying no atm and that is an evo6 Tommy Mak edition!

yeah it's running good rumel,

i got it tuned at abbey motorsport, and he put the turbo through it's paces and made 280bhp@fly with 1.6bar boost and 233lb/ft torque,

the wepr hybrid just isnt capable of much more, i asked abbey and watched them push it and it just wasnt capable of more, most of the bhp i did gain was cos i had the head race ported.

Ricky tbh as long as it puts a smile on your face im sure you can live without an extra 20hp?

Also i think it would be alot better if traders test the turbo's capabilites and power first then give realistic figures such as td04 hybrid 275hp easily achieved plus more with extra mods etc etc

Cos you go through all that trouble, add extras on thinking you will make slightly more then the 300 mark or whatever figure is quoted and come out with less and it makes you feel all the extra money went to waste!

Well thats my opinion in things tbqh.

What would a full toms kitted ep82 be worth on a m reg with forge fmic, zisco manifold,volks racing alloys gold with chrome lip, zep decat and a full powerflow custom exhaust system, on 114km with tax and mot?

around 2k i would say you will get tbqh.

Chinaone sold his doobie kitted GT running a ct9 hybrid with a decent spec at 3k i think.

I thought you got more torque than that mate, seems rather low. A stock td04 can give 270 odd bhp on a good tune, do you think there is anything different to a stock td04 on sachas hybrid mate?
