Ordered minor service kit from the website.
They kept me up to date with emails then sent me a really nice email saying that its posted and hope I have a nice weekend.
Its only a little thing but to me, things like that make the difference between good and great customer service.

Kit arrived well packaged and looks great.
I'll deffinately order more stuff from Toby & Martina soon (well as soon as I get some money :haha: )

Maybe they are on holiday but I ordered some stuff and have emailed them with no reply :( and I need the bits for christmas, or my baby is going to end up with a snapped cambelt :(

Does anyone know roughly how long the bits usually take to come? It might put me at ease for another few days.

Just call Dave Burwash mate he is on the other end of the phone picks up each and every time and you will get your bits very quickly.

These threads are becoming more and more frequent customers should not have to endure this waiting game for parts etc.

Call Dave B mate its your safest and quickest way for getting the parts as quickly as you need them.

the service kit for my car the cambelt needs doing desperately but I've not ordered it that long ago only about 5 days but I'm asking how long it would take and have emailed toytuning@toytuning.com or whatever the one it states to send questions to in the email they send you after they get the money, I'm not having a whinge I'm just enquiring if anyone knows how long parts take as they are not replying to emails over there.

next week I'll be whinging lol! (assuming they don't arrive, but hoping they do)
