This is now a joke i recieve this email 2 and a half weeks after order and about sending them 5 messages!!!

I agree with you mate...!

Toby was good when I used him in the past as well. But that was awhile ago now, at present - he is not doing so well! The past is kinda irrelevant; he used to be reliable but he isn't any more - that's the problem that should be dealt with.

i just dont understand how hard can it be to send a e-mail to people letting them know whats happening

i finally got an email yesterday from martina, two weeks later!!

and then the rest of my parts arrived at my door last nite.....

think the rest of my parts were on back order, thats what too so long, but as u say the least they could do is send an email to tell us what is going on..

think i'l be using dave burwash in future, great guy.

my parts arrived a week later after ordering from him, so well wrapped i couldnt believe it!!

Anyone else in my situation it's only been 5 and a half months? I do have a plan of going there to visit them, I have just started the ball rolling with trading standards, and also have two registered addresses for the company....

This "mistake of theirs that I've had no reply with has cost me in excess of £500 of garage bills me thinking that the items that came from a "toyota starlet specialist" would be correct... so I just had them fitted... Following Several visits to various garages to do some fault finding... turns out they fitted the incorrect part because I told them the parts came from a specialist!!!....
 
a while ago (about a year ago or little less) Toytuning was mega fast and quick with their replies and shipping as i've ordered alot of things from there and never had any problems with anything but a little before the new site came along till now the service got worse unfortunately, i've been requesting for several items with no replies in the following months and weeks which i then finally turned to another sellers with far more competitive prices, services etc and bought from there . I dont understand why these things will be let to happen especially from someone with a gd number of clients, products etc

Sorry for making such comment but thats the truth, hope that the situation turns around very quickly before the damage get worse and worse!
 
gd news! Still want the email reply situation to be arranged soon as many times you want to make sure by asking before you buy something!

5 more emails with no reply, my other half used to get all of his items from toy tuning and had no problem said Toby is a nice guy always efficient, so when we sold our black gt and got our silver one I started to try sourcing items from toy tuning... does anyone fancy a roadtrip to their registered offices? (it's not the PO box address either!)
Failing that... I have just two more sets of info to send to trading standards for them to proceed with my complaint!

ill gladly take a trip there i want my hybrid turbo in working non smoking condition or my money back. i think a few others would be up for this too.

aright guys and girls.
im having problems with toytuning.com.
ordered parts from them about 2 months ago costing just under £1000.
got most of my parts in except, my front brake discs and front brake pads.
i received an email from martina at toytuning and she said that the brake pads were not in stock and would need to be ordered in, if i didnt want to order them in then she would refund me for them.
i wrote back about a week after receiving the email as it is not always easy for me to get on the internet and asked her to just send out the parts as soon as they were in. this is now 2 months later and i have not received them. i have been constantly checking my emails every day and emailing them asking them to get in touch with what is happening and have had no response and no refund of the price i paid for them.
i have also put down my mobile number every single time so that if there is a problem then they could also try this method. i know its an internet company but they have not been emailing back so i thought i'd give this a try.
i was also quite unimpressed that the parts took nearly 2 weeks to arrive and arrived on 3 seperate days. i ordered other parts about a week and half ago for my head gasket and have had no response on my emails except that they have received the payment.
Has any of you used the company and experienced the same problems as im having with getting no feedback from them to what is happening?
Has anyone got a number for them?

This is putting me off using them if i ever need parts in the future as i am unimpressed with there lack of respect for their customers.

Hey mate, I've merged your new thread with this one where the whole sorrowful saga is recorded. Someone on UKSC got a better response once they mentioned Trading Standards to them so I'd advise going down that route.

Folk waiting for refunds: Just call your bank or credit card company. You will get your money back much quicker than waiting for the TT clowns to refund you.
