what piston ur talking about No3? its probably a piston broken not the bottom end but if i were u i would just open it up and change all 4 pistons and big end bearings plus timing bel so you will be on the safe side

Nav's a friend of mine and I thought I'll help update this thread, as he cant be bothered to do it himself lol. it's almost complete now , just need to fit in a hks actuator and fcd. car runs wonderfully. here's some pics:
