hrm Craig that is strange.. in userCP i see all chekc boxes are checked
"receive emails from other members" and stuff like that is checked..

where do you usually disable the PM's ??

think it maybe because he's a very new member maybe he cannot instantly receive pm's craig??


Hope this gets sorted out asap as traffic coming on TGTT asking for TOBY isnt very good.

Go to your User CP, down the left hand side you will see Edit Options, click that.
If you read down the right hand side now you should see a Private Messaging section and in there there is a check box to enable or disable PM's. Hope this helps.

last december i had an order which exceeded 600gbp but they weren't able to send the goods coz at the prices they were advertised on their website they were going to do loss so they decided not to order or sell them. they told me all this after that i payed and after a week or so. at least they were kind enough to refund the full amount of money. mind you this was at the time when they had their website closed so apart from the e-mail i wasn't able to contact them. before december all orders went well with delivery of maybe 7-10 days max.

it's not a scam they only have crap customer service!!! they're disappointing imo:(

As Martina has replied above I will close this off I hope you get sorted mate if not give your credit card company a shout and you can lodge a dispute with them but I think you can only do this after 28 days.
