to add,

i dont want people to buy from tt, i obviously want them to buy from mt company, to keep my bosses happy (which they are thanks tgtt)

Was the thread not intended for the good service that is now being produced and the fact that customers are being refunded and having orders being put through? .... Maybe some of these comments should be kept for the other thread with complaints and not the one about recently good service.

we need to make sure newbies dont come on to the site and see this thread and think it is now fine to buy from toytuning. In my opinion it is not.

I can appreciate that, but in bold yellow writing on the homepage it clearly states tho ... ? And threads advising not to use TT also to add to this.

id be more concerned that a n00b would walk into said thread totally unaware of the form, and spunk serious hard earned at the risk of loosing it all.
People wouldnt waste money betting money on a horse with really poor prior form, so why do it with a business?

it still baffles me, why even risk spending money with a company thats known to be bad, as per the OP?

from studying the site logs it is apparent that the main entry point for this site is http://www.toyotagtturbo.com/forums/ Not everyone will enter via the main page and so not everyone will see the warning. We gave TT many chances and feel that we should have pulled the plug on them long ago. It is now our duty to inform people as best we can to be wary of them. Some people choose not to heed our warning/are friends of Toby and that is their business but the fact of the matter is that no thread opened on here singing their praises will be left without a comment warning potential customers. Ultimately it is down to the individual who they purchase from and as long as they are informed prior to handling over money then I feel we have done all we can do.

Okay thats fair enough but then again, most potential customers would normally do history/check feedback section on the companys they would be purchasing from. I was under the impression there was more than enough information on this site to check the details on ToyTuning. Sales Feedback, most who enter toyotagtturbo.com simply cannot miss the yellow writing on the homepage, hence why its red and most i assume use the red background, so it would stand out more.

Anyway, some may say im biast towards them, maybe because i had an excellent service before it went downhill, so i can only sympathise with the rest.

seems that improved alot,he needed that to regain business as before. a few days ago i recieved a reply for a question sent about 3 months ago, though the item asked for was bought along time ago from another trader!

well i can say i have spent at alot of money Toby parts and never had any problems so he had a bad time and had a car crash every body has there ups and downs that's just life and i just made a order and i bet there no problem this time again i know alot of people losed money with them on parts that never turned up and i think that not right what so ever but still not heard both side of the story behind it all as of yet

p.s and i had more problems with a user on here with a great rep rate and a sqeecky clean seller sheet but i got pure crap of them and losed my cash because of it not all of it but still cash wasted on feck all and waste my time

whoever buys from TT now after how they have treated their customers is a MUG.. theres FAR better traders out there and their prices arent anything to shout about either.

i would rather put my hand in a blended mate tbh and i know people my feel the same about toytunning because there money got stolen but i know people are still buying from the user that fucked me about but hay some times you loses some sometimes you win some

Upon inspecting the harness he sent me im not sure its the right one?

I was bidding on a injector harness and the package says ignition harness

Correct in the way they treated there customers but i think the sales feedback post proves the commitment now by Toby to resolve the remaining orders etc. There was only 4 customers who post orders outstanding and we all know how many there was prior to that post going up. Just shows how quickly he has worked and still working.

Which is good to see as im sure some members will agree with me, some wont.

i only started this thread - as i said - to say that my experiance was ok. I know that other people have had problems with them, but hopefully they will be resolved.

I bought what i bought, (not that i have to justify myself) because it was the cheapest. and i have bought off the majority of the traders on here and this transaction was just as flaweless as the rest.

I think that he was just going thru a rough patch and it got too much for him.

But the only way it can go from now on is up so lets see what happens with other people.

If you have faith would you still go and place an order worth £££ at the end of the day you got a filter so its nothing to write home about in all fairness. If you did get stung I'd have absolutley no sympathy for you tbh how could I?

Theres alot of lick arses too I'm sorry but I'm gonna tell it like it is I dont know what there hoping to achive tbh free stuff, discount or some shit I dunno.

yes mate but that is the entire point,

i didnt get stung and maybe i only ordered the filter which was worth small £ to test the waters.

but that now puts me in a position to say that as far as i'm concerned now they are getting sorted.
