possibly,but then alot of 125 peds are 4 stroke and are shit tbh, alot of the 50's etc that are tuned are 2 stroke and rev alot free'er.

i used to have a zip 50 and i knew someone who had a gilera runner 125. both 2 stroke and tbh the 125 wasnt that much quicker. top end was a bit more but that was about it.

derestricting them is fine but illegal if your 16 or if your using your car licence to ride one with no cbt.

Also remember that gilera would have also been restricted as it's learner legal.
Also everything you do is a modification and puts your insurance right up.
