valve stem seals, which way round

stripped down and rebuilt in 2 hours? lol. i spend 10 hours in my garage yesterday, regrinding valves, gotta be the most fun in the world

its was loadsa fun, i was sat on the edge on a stool for 4 hours, lets just say that was yesterday, and i feel like i've done a marathon my legs ache that much.



thinking about it, is that because of how i was sat, or how un healthy i am? lol

all of my seals were exactly the same both sides, i wonder what difference it makes?

prob just material difference, intake are probably a lower material quality doubt its a major difference
