Rant time...
Ok here is the problem iam having with Virgin media... Rang up 2 days ago to order a wireless router and uprgrade the broadband was on hold for the usual 10 minutes gave some details got transfered to another department on hold again for fucking ever the usual... oh yes and when i did get through an actual person its the usual again some foreign fucker on the other side of the planet that doesnt/cant understand a fucking thing your tryin to tell them....
Anyways after a good 20mins i place the order and accept the price (free router with xl broadband) xl broadband my arse its ment to be up to 20mb, i was told the change should be pretty instant just reset my box and it should be up and running well i done this then done a broadband test was getting
5mb! not happy so i gave it 24 hours reset my box again fuckin 3.5mb this time then today i get my online bill.. the robbing bastards have charged me for the xl broadband already after having it for 2 days i get a bill for a full months worth not only that They charged me for a larger tv package than iam actually on! its not even any different than before.. so i go and try and log into my virgin media account online to see how they can justify charging that and if infact iam on the xl package...there is a problem logging into your account.. i couldnt get online either! had to go through all that hasstle of ringing and waiting and getting put onto another foreigner only to be told they dont know whats wrong and the technical team will get right on it at this point i hung up raging.
So tommorow morning i have the pleasure of having to ring up again i think ill just cancel everything with them and look elsewere any one else have problems with them?
