On the topic of ghosts and stuff, forgot to mention, my grandad has helped put some input into a few books that have been written on ghosts and unexplained stuff in the local area..etc so if anyone is after some questions to be answered or a general chat about it drop me a line and ill see what i can do.

haha the mind runs and reacts using and creating chemicals, different glands produce different feellings.
if you let your mind continue on the same vein of thought, or you are continually scared you start to hear and believe that you see things.
truth is you are feeding your fear.
when you are walking to the back door of your house in the dark you think a thousand things in a instant,
will someone be right behind me,
is someone watching me from afar off,
then your key doesnt open the door first try...
BOOM brain injects adrenaline everywhere and you can here some thing wierd or see a shadow move.
now what wierd about the noise? nothing but your senses are heightened and therefore the noise seems loud enough that whatever made the noise should be within sight...but its not.
whats wierd about the shadow... nothing it was caused by a perfectly normal light/object scenario, usually you dont question a shadow, its origin or movement but your on high alert.
your brain just adds all things that are happening within the space of a few seconds and throws possible solutions at your mind. the longer you keep yourself in the state of fear the strange the things will seem, until you are utterly convinced that something has to be creating these noise or sights, truth is something or someone is but your mind is interpreting them as greater than they are and throwing them to the front of your mind(present consciousness)
why does it help to have more than one person together(unless your trying to scare eachother) idle conversation or the like fills the front of your mind(present consciousness) and leaves less time or room for these other chemically driven explosive fears

Im not scared of hearing the things I hear, nore do I have a fear of them, Im very open minded about this sort of stuff and dont let my mind think stupid things instantly and let my mind run off.. But if I do hear anything i will listen closley, not get scared and worked up about it, and make sure NOTHING else around me is creating the noise that I hear.
I dont think anyone can say they do or dont believe in spirits/ghosts or whatever else until theyve had a personal experience/encounter, I for one have had a fair few experiences in my home and theyve always been by hearing something, ive never visually seen anything and i dont really want to if im honnest as you never know if there is actually something out there or not.
Just keep an open mind thats all im going to say.

Sleep......im f*cked now because the chances of me being able to sleep now is next to none. Funny how when ever i talk or mention any stuff like this, i ALWAYS end up seeing/hearing stuff after it, its as if "IT" knows im speaking about it all and doesnt like it, then makes me pay for it by making me almost crap meself.

you cant get a third person veiw or think something through at that split second that you decide... there must be a logical reason for a or b. the illogical reasons have already flew through your mind.
its produces the thought you decide how to process them lol thats my only point.
whether you believe in these things or not is personal opinion choice. whether you will ever experience them is always to a degree personal choice lol open minded or intriged people are far more likely to have an "experience" not visual probably, but still your in luck jay :haha:
