I think some companies just put the premium up without any reasonable explanation.

I would suggest seeing as you have had a claim off them thats why they have put your premium up.

If the £82 extra fee is a result of the accident which wasn't your fault and you are fully comprehensive then claim it back!

Also claim back any travel expenses you've had to pay etc.

You are well within your rights to do so!

I can't see any justification, other than a small amount of paperwork.

it's sorted now, they decided not to charge me the extra £82.

they just charged me the extra for the new mods, still expensive, but i have no choice
