STAY AWAY!!!

a owner on here known as 'blitz' bought a glanza from wrc. He went back a few days later as something was wrong with the car, he left the car there for few days and then collected. On his way home he was followed by 2 people up until his house. That night his car was stolen, no glass on the floor at all, so he come to the conclusion that wrc copied his keys and they stole the car.

iv also heard a few shadey stories about them, iv also heard some good things about them, if it were me i wouldnt buy from them unless it was an outstanding car that they had, but good luck if you do decide to buy from them and make sure you check the car very very meticulously.

They are quite pricey but i bought my glanza from there almost 2 years ago and i've had no problems at all.

I would probably buy one off here and save 500 or so, but i'm glad with my purchase.

The showroom is basically a warehouse but all the cars seem to be in good nick.

There is a very very nice black one on there at the moment with heaps of goodies, emanage ultimate etc for 5k, thats basically what i bought my car for.

i think if you know what your looking for and you have a good eye for cars and a good knowledge of how they work etc you should be ok buying from anywhere. just be very thorough when looking at it.

Mine came from there to its first owner, then to me.

He had no issues and the car is perfect.

:)

Nearly bought a 32GTR from them about a month back, too.

I got my glanza from there and the engine lasted 8 days due to the wrc-sales mechanics by passing the actuator so that my car was running 1.6 bar on standard turbo and block!

At first they wouldnt let me test drive it so i told them forget it then i dont want the car they soon changed there mind the car drove perfect in the test drive all that was wrong was the apexi rsm was not connected i asked them to connect and then the car lasted all of 8 days( was fun tho quite quick!)

When the engine went bang i got on the phone to them to tell them what they had done they tried telling me that it didnt have anything to do with them! at this point i was well pissed 5k down and a car with no engine! :(

I told them that i would get rading standards involved he laughed and put the phone down i didnt know what to do so i got on the phone to my beloved mom she was on the phone to them for 3 mins and they were on the way from bradford picking the car from by door step fitting brand new engine with 45k miles on it and proof of that too! and bring it back to me too.

So it is a bit of good and bad from me

They do have some lovely looking cars tho dont they :)

You can only drive the car if your buying it such a load of shite who buys a car without test driving it ffs.

they probably get alot of chav joyriders. i sure there have been plenty of lads turning up taking a couple of skylines out for a drive then walking home without spending a penny.

im sure some lads would buy a car from them with a boost controller, for example, and then turn it up to a silly pressure and then try and blame the company for it blowing up. i can see why they are a bit funny, but it does seem to be a re-occurring theme with them and they shouldnt treat customers like criminals, even if they look a bit shady sometimes

nothing wrong with them, same as any second hand car dealer, just check the cars over properly.

they have a 3 month warranty, backed by a well known firm, and will sort any problems with cars.

Had my Glanza for 3 years and I bought it from there, not had one single problem with it apart from wear and tear on parts which is understandable with a car of its age. They do seem to overprice some of their cars and you could probably get them cheaper elsewhere. I got money knocked off mine for little things like a crack on the wing mirror and low tread on tyres also got the 3 month warranty. They even offered to source me a new wing mirror if i couldnt find one.

Just be careful with what you buy, have a good look over the car or take someone with you who knows what they are looking for and you can't go wrong.

Just like a lot of places I guess, theres always good stories and bad ones and I haven't had a personal experience so can't really judge.

BUT... lol

A mate of mine went down there a little while back to look at a pulsar GTi-R and he was wearing a jumper with a logo from a tuning company from down this end. When he asked if he could test drive it as he was very keen on buying it, just needed a feel for it, the guy told him where to go and said he was lucky that he wasn't knocked out for wearing that top :haha:

Great service there
