for £15 I'd do it regardless. Atleast that would TOTALLY elimate 1 theory, as nobody seems to be getting any further with this.

I thought Ben's car was driven to the garage normally rather than blasted then taken for the test? Maybe Im wrong?

Anyway, good luck.

It's my car as well thats got the problem, i did the sniff test on both car's, i did it twice on my car first time just normally, second time took it for a blast full boosting it then did it and both times didnt show a problem, on ben's i did it normally, but ill say 100% its not the headgasket.

Mine does it, but its pretty much bog stock standard...
Did however pull radiator off tonight, gave it a back flush with my pressure cleaner...
Lo and behold there is a pinhole leak in the rad, and previous owner had used radiator stop leak to repair (all this did was manage to block the core partially methinks).
So now my burning question is, is the civic radiator a fairly direct bolt in jobby, and what model civic is the best fit??

Not bolt on mate. Yuo will need to get some brackets welding on for the rad to fasten to. Easy job.

The outlet size if 2mm bigger also I think, but the pipes squeeze over OK. Dont go for an actualy Civic rad. Go for a aliminium dual core aftermarket rad designed for a Civic or any other rad that will fit.
