the 3e flywheel you need is off the 3E-TE motor from the corolla turbo II but just get a 5e flywheel and a decent clutch, drama solved.

good pads will have more effect that slotted rotors but saying that, i run slotted rotors and good pads

i had greenstuff, they sucked then i got Ferodo DS2500 race pads, better than the greenstuffs at cold temps, and craploads better at hot temps :) also dont forget to put some good quality fresh brake fluid in, i always use Motul RBF600
