Well the leads, dizzy cap and rotor arm are all new as well as the spork plugs. I have not done a compression test yet but i will do that next. ALso could i just fix this problem by instaling an Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator and turn the pressure down.

Ok good to hear. But why am i getting petrol in my oil. Is it because my spark plugs could be fouled? or Is it because my rings are worn?

Ahh i see but the thing is im getting petrol in the oil. After 500 miles the oil is black. SOme guys here were talking about getting an adjustable Fuel pressure Regulator and turning downt he pressure a bit. Also should i set my timing back to 0? COuld that have some thing to do with it?

My timing is advanced because i heard that you get better gas milage.

ok but when i unplug the IAC there is no change in the idle. I was under the impressions that if the IAC is unplugged it will idle eratically. But any how you guys answered my questions thanks for the help. Cristian

high idle around 1100 rpm. It goes down gradualy but lets say im driving for a while and i come tO A Stop sign then the idle is at 1100. By the time the light turns green it goes a little lower but not much say around 950 or so. Hope this helps Cristian

Hey guys i have recently bought a 5E-FE head to go on a 4e-fte block. The reason behind that is that no one in the US has a 4e-fte head for sale by its self. None the less I was wondering if a stock 5e-fe head gasket will fit on a 4e-fte block? Cheers Cristian
