If you hear/feel the motors working while folding it by hand right after pressing the retract button, then I guess your folding mirror is either stuck, or for some reason the motor is very weak. You can try fixing this with lots of WD40 as Corey_gt correctly suggested earlier. If not, then...

It's 2 separate mechanisms. Not 100% sure if the motor is identical, but I believe should be more or less the same. Does it respond at all (sounds/movement) when you try to fold it?

Anybody found where's the foglights' fuse (or relay) located? I'm going to install 55W Xenon foglights, and it should be wiser to install a bigger fuse first.

Taking the gauges cluster out and removing the seatbelt indication bulb, is a 5 minute job :) But yet I'd rather spend some more time and fix this issue...if possible
