Rite, got round to changing my cv joint, fitted the shaft lovely everything in place, last job to do was to pop it into place, then i come across this problem, the cv is too big to engage with the wheel bearings, as you can see from the pics there is a lip where the old one went into, the...

did this set-up ever work for the oil temp?

are you able to get the oil temp from the t-piece?

With the adaptor between the stock oil pressure switch, can the oil temp sensor be fitted? will the hole on the adaptor be a different size or are pressure and temp the same size??:confused:

yer, think most people use a die-grinder, theres loads of topics on here, do a search and you'll find loads of information, may take a while to search for the information but it will be worth it if your going to do it yourself.

i did this once, i jacked the front of the car up so the oil ran to the back of the engine, hardly any came out, another way is to put it on ramps if you got sum. Hope it helps
