For sale: 1996 1.3 Toyota Starlet Glanza V (Broken Turbo)
Item condition: Good
Ive owned the car since it was imported (28/8/2008) And it has flown every MOT since. (failed once on rear brake pads) It still drives and starts perfectly apart from a possible thrust bearing/gearbox problem. It has 129,000 approx on the clock. Was converted to miles at 105,000km approx. Few scratches, stonechips and marks as expected for a 16 year old car but overall paintwork is good. Spoiler has a mark on it from where some kid decided to hit it with a metal bar, breaking the brake light in the process.
UPDATE: As per my post at the bottom.. Turbo went on the car yesterday. Engine itself is in perfect working order and starts no problem (obviously no boost and smokes when revved)
Price and price conditions: £1500 or offers around here.. Depending on what is offered i can take some parts off the car and reduce the price if you just want the basics. This can all be talked about and agreed.
JAM ECU goes for around £500, rear lights going for over £200 on ebay, Recaro rear bench (Rare) and the Bride seat rail without the seat go for around £100+. Thats without the wheels, coilovers etc.

Not had any heavy modifications but the list is as follows;
16" Rota grids in gold with polished lip (Very little kerbing at all, only problem is the lacquer on the polished part has flaked so ideally could do with a refurb - can get pics)

MOT til October and TAX up in march i think. Never been on a track or hammered. Im 30 this year so not been ragging it as im an old fart. I have original airbox in the garage and almost brand new set of Tein C spanners for the coilovers.
Its down as a 1.3 on the logbook (Always insured as a Glanza Turbo to avoid complications)
I have all import paperwork and all previous MOT's (Even have the auction sheet from Japan)
