Right i know these threads come on again and again and i am very sorry for this but i need advice.

Im in a situation where i need a new manifold, currently running a ct9 at 1bar making 190bhp, now while i need a new manifold i wanna get myself a turbo kit, afew things that i require are:

Manifold MUST be compatible with the Stock Rad
Must be able to run a decent boost level on stock internals (then be able to increase when the forging arrives)
Not to expensive
Also some thoughts into the lag needs to be considered.

I would need a

Manifold
Turbo
Downpipe
Oil and Water Lines
And whatever modifications to the WEPR CT9 IC kit

Cheers guys advise please!

TDO4 turbo all day long fella, also the wepr mani does not clear stock rad. I beleive the sard k24/k26 mani clears the stock rad, and the k24 turbo is similar power to td04 i beleive.

yeh similair hp different delivery i think. The k24 seems to boost alot earlier than a td04.
dont go td04 nick , stick with your other idea ;)

From what ive seen the k24 has a much narrower hp band. Td04 will give you 190-300hpish whereas the k24 tops out at 220ish.

Nick you dont stop mate!

Leave it as it is and enjoy it for a while!
I would mate but mani's cracked pretty bad and blowing, need to get a gasket for the external gate made up, its smoking on idle real bad.

Its pointless me putting a brand new ct9 mani on it now and then change 2months down the line, might as well spend that money on a diff turbo kit.

also send me your map over from your emanage mate, ive got mine on me comp now! :)

np, Why do you need the stock rad?

Couldnt a smaller but thicker one could do the same job?
It could for street use but i dont agree with them and thats the main thing that its gotta have, as stock rad size is a must for me, just one of them things that its gotta have.

Replied to your email.

Replied :)

If you got some longer coolant pipes or joined some other pipe onto them I am sure you could move the rad out the front away from the mani?

My car is out the front in pieces so I will try putting the rad out the front tomorrow and see if it fits.
