thers bound to be pleny of other hay fever suffers on here. instead of spending a fortune in boots get the tablets you need online here just choose the right avtive ingredient that works for you and order the correct ones. i normally try a few of them.

Dont know if you tried it but doctors recommend local honey see if you can get hold of some (it has to be local honey) i was unsure of this but 1 of lads from work was a hay feaver sufferer he used this method and gets no symptoms/hay feaver at all now

i die with hayfever mate, lydl supermarket is the place to get anti hystamines. 10 in a pack for 99p.
but the most effective thing to buy is the loyds pharmacy allergy reliever. it uses infa red light, you stick it up your nose twice a day and it works a treat

Go to the doctors and they will be free. I haven't been too bad this year, but then again it's rained for the last 3 or more months.

Rain doesn't affect the pollen count, I've been dying this week.

Prescriptions are only free in NI and Scotland, it probably works out cheaper to buy over the counter in England and Wales

Well I've suffered all my life with it, and the only three things that cure it are:

- Prescription: Deltacortril Steroids

- Fluxonase Nasal Spray

- Telfast Anti Hystamines

I suffer with blocked sinuses, blocked nose, eye itching, sneezing, and on bad days I can barely open my eyes in the morning, wouldnt wish it on anyone cause I get a terrible dose of it during the summer.
