if haye dont win in the first 6 rounds or so, i doubt he will, so expect to c him swinging str8 out the block. at the same time hes gotta be on his guard tho, as hes not a defensive fighter by nature and this is only his 2nd fight as a heavyweight.. plus if u get hit cleanly by valuev u gonna feel it cause hes a monster lol. personally i reckon hayes gonna b a punch bag but we'll c lol.

When Evander Holyfield fought Valuev i must admit, Holyfield for me was winning that fight.
Valuev aint fought anyone like Haye but as said, Haye has a glass chin and is really up against it. Ill be cheering on Haye as want a British champ but quite simply how do you fight this Valuev, theres no easy way about it. Valuevs jab is like a hayemaker but Haye defo will shock him with speed and strength.

Seems like the judges were scoring the whole fight on Hayes only flourish in the 12th.
Thats my opinion anyway.

omg valuev was hitting air throughout the 12 rounds, haye got the shots in consistently (albeit few) and controlled valuev thro out the fight + he didnt look shaky 1ns. its obvious ur gonna score in his favour. esp. with the 12th round. but come on. how can u not be on the back foot against someone like valuev.. it was a good fight all rnd from haye

Boring fight but thats probably the only way to beat valuev. I dont think Haye did enough to win in my opinion but Haye will be a better spectacle for future title fights though.

Seems like he won on points due to rattling Valuev on the 12th really. All rounds were close anyway but really what i expected, cant go in there guns blazing against this guy.

he's gonna b really tested against either of the klitschkos when the time comes tho, seein as both the lads are 'proper' fighters lol.

yer he did a lot of dodging cus he fought a clever fight...if u was a boxer fighting a bloke 7stone heavier and a foot taller wud u go into a sluggin match lmao???? he fought the pefect fight and deserves it
