Hi everyone, been a long time since I've been online, slot has happened since then but I'm back for more starlet wisdom. I'm now driving a honda diesel, still have the starlet though she's worse for wear. Recently I got the chance to strip my engine down to unveil 1 blown gasket, 3 bent conrods and 1 cracked piston lol. I've play in my shaft so changed the block and on the build up again slowly but surely. Oooo the joys. Thinking of forging if I can get second hand pistons but tbh I'll be happy she makes compression again.

welcome back mate..damn what the heck did you do to your bottom end lol??? there was some one on here just recently selling stock pistons/rods. good luck with the re-build..

Thanks good to get back on again. Found the mojo for the car again. I'm assuming she blew a gasket leaked water into the cylinders and bent the rods. As for the cracked piston heat and moving crankshaft was worn at the thrust washers. Yep ino Jay WISH I'd bloody wised up and kept her stock.
