Maybe worth it depending on whats done with it. The bearing type (360 degree) will allow you to run higher boost levels more safely not really affect performance/power but apart from that you could actually look into getting the TD04 rebuilt with a Ball Bearing? This usually is related to achieving better spool times, but from what Iv researched, theres not too much in it that way, however, the drop in boost between ger changes is reduced significantly with BB turbos.
You could also go for slightly larger compressor wheel than stock and mate it with the stock exhaust side wheel.
