I have just fitted a blitz dump valve and it has come with a little filter to put over the hole where the standard dump valve goes but am I right in thinking this should be blocked off? If a filter is there isnt that like having a boost leak?
The blitz dual drive dump valves come with both an ordinary trumpet and also a filter which can be changed for different sounds, that's all. The filter goes on the end of the dump valve, nothing to do with the hole left in the intake pipe, that hole needs blocked off
thought he was on about the piece that blitz supply with the DD.. it goes into the EFI pipe and the hose from breather filter goes onto it

What do they sound like with the filter on?
