Lets just summarise.....

The reason your blowing engines is: -

1)standard manifold cant cope with too much boost as there is a restriction in runner 3
2) FCD- this is leaning your fuel mixture causing excessive heat in the cylinders
3) Boost creep (due to the meshed turbo as there is no restriction for the air to flow through aka EFI pipe.

These three mixed is a BAD idea and thus blows your engines.

People should really look into things before modifying an engine especially if they dont know what they are doing!!

Either get an adjustable FPR and get it set up in conjuctions with the FCD or bin the FCD and get some sort of piggy back ECU and get that mapped.

Hope you get it sorted

Well i dont wanna spend to much money on the car, but ill just remove the FCD when i get the car back on the road and i should be fine right.....oh and also along wid a hks actuator?

Trouble is tho i wanna mesh the turbo cause i love the sound, if i do decide to mesh it again, shall i just get a boost controler or actuator to set the boost the right setting?

you should put the cat back on the car this should restrict the exhaust flow enough
