Whatever it is, sounds expensive, anything German is expensive, and complicated. Pretty general, but true. Although they do make good cars :)

I have been in Turkey the last couple of weeks and I happened to watch a programme that was in french about this car.

From what I could make out (i dont speak french so it was looking at the animations and diagrams they showed only) the car will be FWD, RWD & 4WD.
It will have an electric motor that will power the front wheels for town driving.
When the car is doing fast driving like motorways it becomes rear wheel drive petrol/diesel driven, while also charging the batteries.
When giving it the beans (the animation showed it overtaking) it becomes 4WD with the electric and combustion engines working together.

Looked like it was made completly of carbon fibre. Petrol engine in the back, batteries in the middle, electric motor in the front.

I could be completly wrong as I couldnt understand a work the presenter was saying. Lol. But thats what it looked like from the animated diagrams.

Looks like it should be fairly quick though as they are calling it a supercar.

Had a sneek preview of the GT86 earlier when I was in getting a whole £6 of parts lol. Really impressed. Like REALLY impressed. Almost had the GT traded in..

Just hope this lives up to the potential too.

Also seen one of my local Toyota yesterday and it does have a great presence, looks overall a really stunning car.
