can people please stop messaging me asking how much for mani etc... as i have said more than once if i get intrests in all the parts (turbo kit) only then i will give prices, either you find people who will take different parts or you buy the whole kit and sell the rest yourself which then you will realize that its not easy after spliting the kit

yes they are, also depends on the type of setup you have, after hybrid you will notice it, but saying that soem users gained with stock turbo setup, i had mine runing with a blitz k24 setup, you wont need to replace the valve springs or do any work to the head too as these are direct replacement

The specs are as follows:

Duration: 265 degree intake / 265 degree exhaust.

Lift: 8.0mm intake / 8.0mm exhaust.
