burning oil

right theres a burning oil smell coming from my car it not actually using a lot of oil there jus seems to be a smell of burning oil coming from the car anyone got any ideas what could be causing this cheers

Any smoke out the exhaust? Or it coming from the engine area?

na not exhaust jus change turbo so know it not that atm lol it seems to be jus when sittin in car get a smell of it every so often

I get oil vapour gas kinda thing coming from the breather on my oil catch can when ive been ragging the car a bit, it smells like oil i suppose, thats nothing to worry about lol.

if you used wd40 etc on the nuts while changing the turbo, it can take a while to burn off

taylor the turbo that your running is my old turbo that i blew up like a year ago i bet its that turbo smelling, even when i took it off there was oil inside the wastegate, unless.....................its healed itself!!!!!
